Fairfax House is one of 18 buildings in Town Shores of Gulfport and has one of the lowest monthly dues in the community. It also allows 1 pet up to 20 lbs—something only a limited number of buildings in Town Shores permit. The association is fully funded, and monthly dues actually decreased by $59 in 2026. The Florida room is the showstopper, with a wall of windows framing expansive harbor views, Pelican Bay Marina, swaying palms and sparkling water. Wake up to the water from the primary bedroom, which has an en suite bathroom with a heat lamp and a walk-in closet. A hallway of additional closet storage leads to the guest bathroom and 2nd bedroom. The oversized bedrooms are split from each other, adding extra privacy. The entire condo was just painted, the A/C was replaced in 2022, and this place is move-in ready.
